The flyer is the first step in your show design process. Everything starts here. Your flyer sets the foundation for your entire show — we use it to match the style across awards, show stickers, VIPs, and all event branding.

Once your show is approved, I will reach out to you directly to collect all necessary information and payment for the flyer. After that, your flyer will be completed within one week.

Please note: NO AI-generated flyers or flat files are accepted. Flyers must either be created by Coastal Co. Designs or provided as a fully layered PSD file.

A flat file is an image where everything is merged together (like a PNG or JPEG). This means I cannot move, edit, or resize individual elements like trucks, text, logos, or backgrounds. For your show package, I need to be able to move things around and reuse elements across awards and stickers — which is why a layered PSD file is required.

SCHEDULING

Please understand that all shows are worked on in order based on event date — not when the form was submitted.

For example, if I have shows in May and your show is in June, I will complete my May shows first before starting yours.

PAYMENT

After we go over everything, I will send you a payment link for your show. Payments can be made through:
